Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of WrapClips, a service operated by Throttlehead LLC. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credits, or using WrapClips, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

WrapClips provides tools for importing, analyzing, clipping, reframing, captioning, editing, rendering, downloading, and, where enabled, publishing video content. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connected third-party accounts. You must provide accurate information and may not use WrapClips for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

3. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of content you submit to WrapClips. You grant Throttlehead LLC the limited rights necessary to process, store, transform, render, and deliver that content in order to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions required to upload, process, download, and publish the content you submit.

4. Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans provide the usage allowance displayed at checkout. Purchased credit packs are one-time purchases and are added to the applicable WrapClips account. Subscription fees recur until cancelled. Prices, plan allowances, and features may change for future billing periods with appropriate notice where required.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize applicable subscription and one-time charges presented at checkout. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges already paid. Refund requests are considered subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase.

7. Connected platforms

When you connect services such as Facebook or YouTube, you authorize WrapClips to use the permissions you grant for the requested functionality. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, API rules, and account restrictions.

8. Availability

We aim to keep WrapClips available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Processing times may vary depending on source media, external services, infrastructure, and demand.

9. Prohibited use

You may not attempt to compromise the service, bypass usage or billing controls, access another user's account or data, distribute malware, interfere with infrastructure, or use WrapClips in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, WrapClips is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that are not expressly stated. Throttlehead LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where required, providing additional notice.
